Clarke Construction Design was founded by Aidan Clarke in 2000 after he saw a gap in the market for an Engineer with extensive knowledge of construction and design. Aidan has gained valuable experience in all area's of planning and construction. He worked for numerous Building Contractors, Architect's and Engineer's before setting up Clarke Construction Design. He is a partner in P & A Civil Engineering Ltd, a well establised Building and Civil Engineering Contracting firm. Aidan is also an Associate Member of the Institute Of Engineers of Ireland.

     Over the years Clarke Construction Design has extended its services from house design and planning permission application to designing foundation, especially raft foundations, site setting out and mapping for land registry.
     In 2008 Aidan undertook a FETAC Building Energy Assessment Course and in 2009 registered with the SEI as a BER assessor. He is now a full member of the BER Assessors Association of Ireland.

     Clarke Construction Design now carries out Energy Assessments on New and Existing house's.
